Map & Parking
Arrival Times All graduates must arrive at the graduation venue by 5:30PM sharp for registration and gowning. All guests must arrive at the graduation venue by 6:30PM [not prior].
Seating of guests in the theatre will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. The graduation ceremony will begin at 7:00PM promptly.
Graduates are allocated 2 complimentary guest tickets only. Extra tickets are not available at this time. Tickets will be available for pick up starting September 12th, 2023. Graduates must come IN PERSON to the campus to pick up their tickets by October 12th, 2023. Any children over the age of 2 years old will need a ticket. Tickets will not be available at the venue.
Graduation Photos There will be NO Graduation photos being taken on the day of Graduation. If you have not yet booked Graduation photos and would like to, please contact Dickson Que for more information at [email protected].
Graduation photoshoot for Scarborough Campus will be on:
August 12th and 13th (Saturday and Sunday) 9 am to 5 pm
October 14th and 15th ( Saturday and Sunday) 9 am to 5 pm

Gowning Students are required to provide a $20.00 deposit in cash only, when picking up their gown. This deposit will be issued back to the graduate upon return of the gown at the end of the ceremony. Please ensure you arrive prepared as there will be no exceptions made to the above.
