Medix College’s Massage Therapy Diploma, created in collaboration with industry experts, ensures you’re ready to succeed as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in the health and wellness sector. With 2000 hours of in-class and on-site training, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the human body. Our modular curriculum breaks down complex subjects into manageable units, allowing mastery before progressing. The focus is on ensuring you truly grasp the concepts, so you have a solid foundation to confidently tackle the examination and certification process.
Our program is approved by the Ministry of Colleges & Universities (MCU) and recognized by the College of Massage Therapists in Ontario (CMTO). Upon graduation, successful completion of the CMTO certification exams is required. These exams include the written Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) exam and the Objectively Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE).
Completion of these Certification Exams leads to registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and grants the right to use the protected titles, “Massage Therapist” and “Registered Massage Therapist”.
