Arrival Times
All graduates must arrive at the graduation venue by 5:00PM sharp for registration and gowning. All guests must arrive at the graduation venue by 6:30PM [not prior].
Seating of guests in the theatre will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00PM.
TicketsÂ
Students are required to provide a $20.00 non refundable deposit, when picking up their tickets. Graduates are allocated 2 complimentary guest tickets only. Extra tickets are not available at this time. Tickets will be available for pick up starting Oct 15th, 2025. Graduates must come IN PERSON to the campus to pick up their tickets no later than October 25th at 4:00pm. Children over the age of 2 years old will need a ticket. Tickets will not be available at the venue.
Professional Photography & Flowers
Photography will happen at graduation. Please bring $10 in Cash if you would like a booking for a graduation photography session.
Gowning
Students are required to provide a $20.00 deposit in cash only, when picking up their gown.
It is essential that you arrive prepared—no exceptions will be granted.
