How to Become a Real Estate Agent in Ontario
To become a licensed real estate salesperson in Ontario, you’ll follow a three-step process. First, you must complete the Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Registration Program, the education and exam phase. Once that’s complete, you can register with RECO and join a real estate brokerage. Finally, within two years of registering, you’ll need to complete the Post-Registration Phase to maintain your registration and continue trading in real estate.
