Arrival Times

All graduates must arrive at the graduation venue by 5:00PM sharp for registration and gowning. All guests must arrive at the graduation venue by 6:00PM. 

Seating of guests in the theatre will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00PM. At that time, the doors will remain closed, and no late arrivals will be permitted into the theatre. 

Tickets

Graduates are allocated 2 complimentary guest tickets only. Extra tickets are not available at this time. Tickets will be available for pick up starting September 9, 2025. Graduates must come IN PERSON to the campus to pick up their tickets by October 3, 2025. Any children over the age of 2 years old will need a ticket. Tickets will not be available at the venue. 

Professional Photography

There will be the opportunity for Graduation photos being taken on the day of Graduation.

Gowning

Students are required to provide a $20.00 deposit in cash only, when picking up their gown. This deposit will be issued back to the graduate upon return of the gown at the end of the ceremony.  

It is essential that you arrive prepared—no exceptions will be granted.
